The P440e and P510e engines are 100% identical.
In fact, the higher‑output OEM map is already present.
We simply activate it.
Our regular client contacted us with a request.
They wanted to explore the possibility of replacing the ECU software from P440e to P510e.
Yes, they would have gladly purchased the more powerful Range Rover P510e directly from the factory.
Unfortunately, such versions are not currently available.
Moreover, the waiting times are too long.
Before starting any software work, we carefully studied the two versions.
These are the Range Rover P440e and P510e.
We compared the powertrains, engine components, and the hybrid electric system.
The engine components include boost system, fuel system, cooling system, intake system, and exhaust system.
The hybrid system includes battery, charging system, inverter, and more.
Additionally, we compared the transmission, differentials, driveshafts, and other driveline parts.
All these studies confirmed our suspicions.
These vehicle versions are produced in a single technical configuration.
Consequently, the only difference between them lies in the engine control unit software.
Technical specifications as stated by the manufacturer:

Both versions have impressive factory acceleration dynamics.
These are enhanced by the additional electric installation.
However, the weather conditions were not ideal for measurements.
Nevertheless, our main task was to understand the real‑world difference between the two factory versions.
The measurement was taken at idle, in standard city mode (comfort mode, with two people in the vehicle).
