This is not a “re-map” or aftermarket tune. Therefore, it is a genuine factory power upgrade. We use the same calibration process as the production line. This ensures that the correct calibrations reach your vehicle. We maintain manufacturer specifications throughout. Consequently, the upgrade does not compromise reliability or warranty when we perform it correctly.
The only difference between D165 and D200 versions is the software calibration of the power control module. No hardware changes are required. The engine, boost system, fuel supply, injection system, cooling system, air intake system, exhaust system (catalyst, DPF), emission system, gearbox, drive shafts, transfer box, differentials and brake system all remain within their original design parameters.
We perform the D165 to D200 Power Upgrade using factory diagnostic equipment. We connect to your vehicle’s ECU through the OBD port and upload the calibration directly. The process takes approximately one hour. Your vehicle remains completely standard externally.
