PREPARING FOR A REMOTE SESSION
Fifteen minutes of preparation is the difference between a smooth session and a cancelled one.
BEFORE THE DAY
- —Confirm your ENET adapter works and the laptop recognises it.
- —Install the session software we send and run the connection test.
- —Charge the battery fully; connect a maintainer for sessions over thirty minutes.
ON THE DAY
- —Park outside or where the mobile signal is strongest.
- —Switch off everything unnecessary: lights, climate, seat heating.
- —Have the key in the car and the driver's door closed during the session.
AFTERWARDS
- —Test the new features while we are still connected.
- —Save the configuration summary we send into your car's records.
- —Report anything odd within 48 hours — early fixes cost less.
