A good diagnostic booking tells us enough to bring the right plan — here is what helps.
WHAT TO SEND US
- —Model, year and VIN — the last six characters suffice.
- —A description of the symptom in your own words, plus when it happens.
- —Any warning messages photographed, with the odometer reading.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- —We scope the likely modules and quote a fixed price for the sweep.
- —The session reads every module and measures battery behaviour live.
- —You receive a written report with recommended fixes — ours or yours.
WAS WIR MACHEN NOT DO
- —We do not guess parts from a single code.
