How Does Adaptive Cruise Control Work?

1. Engage the system.
2. It monitors vehicle speed.
3. It maintains a safe following distance from the vehicle ahead.
4. If sensors indicate inadequate space, it automatically reduces vehicle speed.
5. When the slower vehicle is no longer present, it accelerates back to the originally-set cruise control speed.
